Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-06-29

Plain-language summary: RouteAll is an aggregator that routes your API requests to third-party AI providers and bills you per use. You keep ownership of your inputs and outputs. Use the Service lawfully, keep your keys secret, and note that AI outputs can be wrong — you are responsible for how you use them.

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and APACHE INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE LIMITED ("RouteAll", "we"). By creating an account or using routeall.ai, our console, or our API, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What RouteAll is

RouteAll is an OpenAI-compatible API gateway that routes your requests to third-party AI model providers, with smart routing, failover, metered billing, and a management console. We are an aggregator and proxy — we are not the creator of the underlying models, and the models are operated by their respective providers under their own terms.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, be of legal age to form a contract, and keep your password and API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and keys. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may require email verification and, for certain payouts, identity verification (KYC).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: break the law; infringe others' rights; generate or distribute prohibited content (including child sexual abuse material, content that facilitates serious harm, or otherwise unlawful content); attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; circumvent billing or rate limits; or use it in violation of the usage policies of the upstream provider fulfilling your request. You are responsible for complying with the terms of the upstream providers you call. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Credits, billing, and payment

The Service uses a prepaid credit model. You top up a balance (via card or Alipay through Stripe, or USDT through NOWPayments), and usage is metered and charged per token or per call as shown at the time of use. Credits are a prepayment for Service usage — not a deposit, e-money, or investment — and carry no interest. Prices and rates may change prospectively. If you subscribe to a plan, it renews each billing period until cancelled, and any included monthly allowance is granted for that period and expires at period end.

6. Refunds

Consumed credits are non-refundable. Cryptocurrency (USDT) top-ups are non-refundable once confirmed on-chain. We may, at our discretion and subject to anti-fraud review, refund an unused prepaid balance less any non-recoverable processing fees. Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting support may result in suspension. Subscriptions can be cancelled for the next period; the current period is not pro-rated unless required by law.

7. Referral program

If you participate in our referral program, you may earn commissions on the activity of users you refer, on up to two levels (L1/L2), under the rates and rules shown in your console. Self-referral, fake accounts, and other abuse are prohibited and void affected commissions. Payouts are subject to minimum thresholds, holding periods, and identity verification. We may modify or end the program at any time.

8. Availability and third-party providers

The Service depends on third-party AI providers and payment processors. We route to available channels and apply failover, but we do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or continued offering of any specific model, and upstream outages or policy changes may affect the Service. Scheduled and unscheduled downtime may occur.

9. Intellectual property and your content

As between you and us, you retain ownership of the inputs you submit and the outputs you receive, subject to the upstream providers' terms and to applicable law (AI-generated output may have limited or no intellectual-property protection). You grant us the limited rights needed to process, route, bill, and store your requests as described in the Privacy Policy. The RouteAll platform, software, and brand are our property.

10. Disclaimers

The Service and all AI outputs are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or objectionable; you must evaluate them before relying on them, and you are solely responsible for how you use them. We do not provide professional (legal, medical, financial, or other) advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Suspension, termination, governing law, and changes

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service or other users; you may close your account at any time. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which APACHE INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE LIMITED is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified, and continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions: support@routeall.ai.
